Prairie Lavender Farm

Our honey comes from our own and neighbor hives, which is infused with our lavender to produce a noticeable, but favorable honey which is not overpowered by the herb. Contrary to what anyone may tell you, ?pure? lavender honey is a misnomer. Since bees have a range of three miles, no one can convince me they can ensure their bees will only stay in their lavender fields! Unless, of course, they have 3 square miles of lavender! Our honey is also flavored by our numerous prairie wildflowers. These also make great gifts for any honey lover!
